In fulfillment of the Bank’s reporting obligation to the FIA, Ecobank Liberia Limited has complied with Section 67.3 of the FIA Act of 2021, and submitted critical instruments to the Financial Intelligence Agency of Liberia.
It can be recalled that recently, the Agency (FIA) issued a warning letter to Ecobank Liberia Limited based on the Bank’s failure to timely submit requested instruments to the FIA.
