This regulation serves as a comprehensive framework, offering guidance on the collection, processing, verification, publication, and accessibility of information regarding the beneficial owners of all domestic entities formed, organized, registered, or incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Liberia.

Moreover, the regulation specifies that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will oversee the regulation of the collection, processing, verification, publication, and accessibility of information concerning beneficial owners of non-resident entities that are authorized to conduct business within Liberia.
